PURPOSE: A package tape cutter for cutting the adhesive tape used for packaging a box is provided to enable to a user to conveniently cut tapes reeled in the cutter. CONSTITUTION: A package tape cutter comprises a fixed member(10) and a rotary member(20). The fixed member includes a winding part(11), a bending part(13), a first roller(12) and a second roller(14). The winding part reels the package tape. The first roller guides the package tape drawn from the winding part. The bending part bends a non adhesive site where is one side of the package tape drawn from the first roller. A rotary member roller contacts with the second roller. A cutter cuts the tape drawn from the rotary member roller. A protrusion fixes the rotary member.
