<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress widening of the diameter of initial swirling spiral in an early period of an initial stage of generating a swirling flow of a liquid fiber. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle 1 to be used for an apparatus for discharging a liquid has a through hole 11 for releasing a liquid from a second side 6 of a nozzle body 2, a plurality of first orifices 12a formed in the second side to form a spiral discharge pattern of a liquid fiber of an extended liquid bead by releasing a compressed gas in a manner that the compressed gas is almost brought into contact with the outer circumference of the liquid bead released from the through hole, and a plurality of second orifices 13a arranged at the same distance from the through hole as that of a plurality of the first apertures or closer to the through hole than a plurality of the first orifices in the second side to release the compressed gas in parallel to the longitudinal axial line 7 of the through hole and around the spiral discharge pattern in order to suppress the widening of the diameter of the initial swirling spiral in an early period of an initial stage of generating swirling flow of the liquid fiber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
