<p>There is provided a carcass disposer sterilizing a carcass by supplying high-pressure steam into a steam drum seated on one side of an upper portion of a base frame. The carcass disposer includes a cover installed upright to horizontally move along transfer rails installed on the other side of the base frame, and selectively opening and closing the steam drum; and a carcass loading table integrally connected to an inner surface of the cover, and being automatically taken in or out along transfer rails inside the steam drum as the cover is selectively opened and closed.</p> |
