A hand-held outdoor power tool e.g. a hedge cutter has a frame to which is attached a power unit coupled to a cutting tool (11). The tool (100) has a housing (12) with a handle (14) whose position may be adjusted in the roll plane with respect to the frame. The handle consists of two half-shell segments attached to a bearing forming part of the housing (12) frame. One half segment is attached to the housing, while the second segment is attached only to the first.
