PURPOSE: A thermoelectric element module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form P and N type thermoelectric materials and automate a bonding process of thermoelectric materials on the corresponding substrate by fusing low melting metal. CONSTITUTION: A P type thermoelectric mixed powder and an N type thermoelectric mixed powder(120) are prepared by mixing thermoelectric material powder and low melting metal powder. A support with a plurality of holes of a preset pattern is positioned on a first substrate. The P type thermoelectric mixed powder and the N type thermoelectric mixed powder are injected into the holes corresponding to the support. The P and N type thermoelectric mixed powder injected to the holes are smashed. The support is separated from the first substrate. A second substrate is positioned on the other side of the thermoelectric mixed powder to face the first substrate. The thermoelectric mixed powder is bonded with the first substrate and the second substrate by thermally processing the thermoelectric materials with a lower temperature than a melting point. |
