摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thin film solar cell and the solar cell manufactured by the same are provided to easily separate the solar cell from a porous substrate by etching a sacrificial layer with etchant and etching gas which pass through the pores of the porous substrate. CONSTITUTION: A porous substrate(11) is prepared. A sacrificial layer(12) is formed on the porous substrate. A solar cell(19) including a first electrode(14) and a second electrode(16), and a thin film including a P layer(15a) and an N layer(15c) are formed on the sacrificial layer. A material(17) for adhering a substrate is formed on the solar cell. A substrate(18) is attached to the material for adhering the substrate. The sacrificial layer is removed with etchant or etching gas and the porous substrate is separated from a solar cell structure(20) including the solar cell, the material for adhering the substrate, and the substrate.</p>
