PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound having NPY Y5 receptor antagonist activity.

SOLUTION: A compound represented by formula (I) below, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof is provided. In formula (I), R1represents an optionally substituted lower alkyl group; Y represents -S(O)n- (wherein n is 1 or 2) or -CO-; R2represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; R7represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; X represents lower alkylene, lower alkenylene, arylene, cycloalkylene or the like; and Z represents lower alkyl, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon ring group, an optionally substituted heterocyclic group or the like.
