PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a current to be controlled gradually changes with time and adjustment is required because an analog pulse width modulation controller is manufactured in a special-purpose semiconductor plant by using a special-purpose analog process technique. SOLUTION: The control system has a configuration in which a power converter generates a pulse width modulation signal together with a switching matrix by using a ring oscillator, a transistor is driven via buffers, and the operations of a plurality of switching power converters of different types are simultaneously controlled.
