PURPOSE: A building facility system and a control method thereof are provided to prevent historical data from being missed by storing the created historical data in an assigned storage area, inspecting the size of the storage area and subsequentially eliminating the historical data if the value for the operation state of a building facility changes. CONSTITUTION: The state value of a building facility is monitored in real time and if the state value changes, historical data is created and stored in a storage area(S102,S104,S106). The size of the storage area is inspected. The state value of the building facility is monitored again. The historical data is the operating information of the building facility. It is determined whether the amount of the previous historical data stored in the storage area is over a first threshold(S110). If the amount of the historical data is over the first threshold, the previous historical data is deleted until the amount of the data is below a second threshold (S112). If the amount of the data is below the first threshold or the second threshold, the inspection on the size of the storage area is completed(S114). |
