<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a payer surely recognize a fraudulent action such as billing fraud and to prevent unjust transfer transactions by having a person such as an operator directly alarm or persuade that to the payer through a telephone call when there is a suspicion of the billing fraud in money transfer processing through an automated teller machine. <P>SOLUTION: The communication control device 260 requests communication connection between the present apparatus and a center device 120 to the center device when receiving abnormal signals from the outside, transmits a message indicating that the abnormal signals are received to the center device when the center device responds to the request of the communication connection, makes a communication device 250 perform reporting so that a user responds to the communication connection with the center device, and establishes the communication connection between the communication device and the center device when the communication device responds to the request of the communication connection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
