<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel structure of a color filtering array substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The pixel structure includes a color filtering layer, a black matrix layer surrounding the color filtering layer, and an electrode layer covering the color filtering layer and the black matrix layer.
