<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an insulating spacer with ease and at low cost, for instance, used for supporting a high-voltage conductor in a gas-insulated electric equipment and equipped with high dielectric strength against conductive foreign substances. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of first mixture solutions containing fillers and thermosetting casting resin in different ratios are discharged from respective plurality of reservoirs to be guided into a mixing device, and a second mixture solution containing fillers and casting resin in a constant ratio is obtained, and then, each discharge volume of the plurality of first mixture solutions from the plurality of reservoirs is controlled by a controlling device, so that a ratio of the filler and the casting resin in the second mixture solution is continuously changed and differentiated, and each mixture is sequentially injected and filled into a casting mold to be hot-molded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
