PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging device installed in a room, easily used in use, and simply put into a storing state during non-use so as not to impair the appearance of the interior of the room. SOLUTION: This hanging device 1 includes: a housing 3 constituting at least part of a Nageshi beam 2 provided on the wall surface of the interior of a room; and support arms 5 supporting a hanging bar 4 provided for hanging an object to be hung.
