PURPOSE: A toner for electro-photographic and a method for preparing the same are provided to enhance the mobility and durability thereof. CONSTITUTION: A toner stirring member(110) is installed to allow the rotation inside a toner tank(101), and includes a rotation shaft(112) and a toner stirring film(120). The rotating shaft is installed to allow the rotation thereof at the center of the toner tank, and the toner stirring film is cut off at a certain depth from the end of the toner stirring film so that a first stirring unit(121) and a second stirring unit(122) may be formed.
