<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly operate a valve element for improving accuracy in drive control of a suction valve of a high pressure pump and suppress consumption of electric power supplied to an electromagnetic coil 17. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle control device executes PWM control of a switching element 101 according to deviation of target current value (target value ip) to be controlled and voltage drop of current detection resistance 103 equivalent to current i17. In the PWM control, current flows from a battery 100 when the switching element 101 is turned on and energy of the electromagnetic coil 17 flows through continuity of a diode 104 when the switching element is turned off to control current i17 flowing to the electromagnetic coil 17 to a target value. The current i17 is shut off by simultaneously turning off the switching elements 101 and 102. The current i17 flowing to the electromagnetic coil 17 is converted to voltage by the current detection resistance 103 and is read out by a control circuit 105. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
