PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a machining method of performing high-precision machining without causing burning deterioration or the like to each part of a turbine blade material and provide a new machining device which can achieve totally automatic machining. SOLUTION: The machining method of the turbine blade 1 includes a blade-gripping process (A) of a blade gripper 10 for gripping a blade part 1A positioned in the center of the turbine blade 1, a two-end machining process (B) for simultaneously or successively machining an exposed root part 1B and a shroud part 1C, a two-end gripping process (C) of two-end grippers 30, 40 for gripping the machined root part and shroud part after removing the turbine blade from the blade gripper, and a blade machining process (D) for machining the blade part positioned in the center of the turbine blade at temperatures not higher than a deterioration temperature.
