<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator used by workers and CEs in an electronic substrate assembling and producing line. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This static eliminator has an ear insertion type, external ear hanging type, or necklace type conductive member 3, an intermediate fixing member 6 attachable to an optional portion of a jacket of a human body, and an extracting conductive member 4 one end of which is fixed to the conductive member 3 and the other end of which is detachably fixed to the intermediate fixing member 6, and is provided with a conducting member 7 for grounding which has a first fixture detachably fixable to the intermediate fixing member 6 at its one end, and a second fixture temporarily fixable to the grounding side of an electric product 8 at the other end and which is extensible as a whole.
