SOLUTION: A band is allocated continuously to a mobile station by an LTE-A system which performs carrier aggregation. VRB(1) to VRB(N) are obtained by indexing allocatable RPBs, and mapping them to PRB(1) to PRB(N) comprising a plurality of LTE bands. PRB(1) to PRB(N) have a discontinuous band because of a band of PUCCH. VRBG is composed of an integral multiple number of VRBs. A band that a base station allocates to the mobile station from the plurality of LTE bands is uniquely determined by reporting VRB(Nstart) of information on a band to begin to be used and the number Nlengthof PRB in use as control information.
