<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a head-on collision load or a rear-end collision load to a side sill and a tunnel frame in a dispersed manner, and to avoid stress concentrations at a rear part of a front side frame and a front part of a rear side frame. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicle body lower structure 10 comprises right and left side sills 17, 18 connected from rear parts of right and left front side frames 13, 14 via right and left outriggers, a tunnel frame 23 at the center of a vehicle body connected from rear parts of the right and left front side frames 13, 14 via right and left braces, and a floor panel 36 connected to the right and left front side frames 13, 14, right and left front outriggers 15, 16, right and left front braces 21, 22, and the tunnel frame 23. A lozenge-shaped bead 41 is formed on the floor panel 36, and one corner out of four corners of the lozenge-shaped bead 41 is directed to a rear part of the front side frame 13.
