PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a bulletin board system allowing a person at home to easily input a message from a television and allowing a message, including a message sent from a mobile phone by a person away from home, to be displayed on both of the television and the mobile phone. SOLUTION: A unique authentication ID is given to a television to automatically log in to a server using the ID. A password for logging in to the server is registered with the server from the television, for each of mobile phones of sub-users sharing the television. A message can be input from both of the television and the mobile phones. The authentication ID, the password, the message, the input person name, and the input time and date are stored in the server. When accessed from the television or the mobile phone, the server generates and transmits HTML to be displayed on each of the television and the mobile phone, and thereby, the message is displayed on the television and the mobile phone respectively in a predetermined display format for each of the television and the mobile phone.
