PURPOSE: A heat pipe with a base block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve thermal transfer efficiency by forming a base block in a heat pipe in one body. CONSTITUTION: A base block(10) is installed in order to be contacted with a heating part. At least one hole(20) is formed in the base block. The cross section of the hole is formed in a horizontal direction. A tubular member(30) has an internal cross section shape which is the same as the cross-section of the hole. A wick is formed in the inner side of the tubular member and the inner side of the hole. |
