<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene therapy agent for diseases such as cancers, administrable by various means such as whole body administration and peritoneal infusion, exhibiting high gene therapy effect with little side actions and effective even for suppressing cancer metastasis in the case of using in treatment of cancers. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a complex containing a virus for gene therapy; a layer containing one or more cationic polymer, cationic lipid or aggregate containing the same; and a layer containing one or more anionic polymers, and a method for producing the complex by successively mixing the virus for gene therapy; the cationic polymer, cationic lipid or aggregate containing the same; and the anionic polymer in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
