<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal capable of photographing an image through a remote operation without causing a camera shake, and to provide a control method of the mobile terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 1 has a housing having at least one camera unit 18 for picking up an image, and a remote operation unit 26 separated from the housing and configured to remotely operate the camera unit, wherein the remote operation unit includes an output unit 22 configured to output an input voice as a control signal S2 for controlling the angle of view of the camera unit, and the camera unit includes a reception unit 11 configured to receive the control signal output from the output unit and a control unit 17 configured to control the angle of view according to the control signal that the reception unit receives.
