<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image analysis device and a program analyzing image data to acquire positional information of each region by an easy technique as compared with a conventional technique. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A region is identified by OCR software, an image displayed by drawing a frame border of its region data is screen-captured to extract the frame border, the coordinate values of the frame border are calculated, and thereby the coordinate values of the region data with the region identified by the OCR software can be obtained, thereby this image analysis device and this program capable of acquiring positional information of each region by an easy technique as compared with a conventional technique can be provided.
