The subject of the present invention is a method of identifying variability induced in in vitro cultures. The subject of the present invention may be used in the production of genetically stable lines, eg. of doubled haploids (determination of their genetic-apigenetic variability level), as well as facilitating a broadly understood, selection process of plant material in in vitro culture, previously unused in practice, for cultivation purposes, as well as the possibility of designing molecular tool for the identification of epigenetic characteristics for culturing purposes. |
