<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising panel usable for a long time while holding mobility of a device, and exhibiting a high advertising and publicity function. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A sandwich type advertising panel and a placard type advertising panel have the following necessary conditions (1) to (7) at least: (1) an outer frame body provided with an electric connection plug-in port, (2) a display made of an organic EL plate stored inside the outer frame body, (3) a loudspeaker, (4) an Internet radio receiver capable of receiving images and voices, (5) a device capable of displaying images received by the Internet radio receiver, on a display and generating voices from the loudspeaker, (6) a photovoltaic power generation panel, and (7) a battery that stores electric power generated by the photovoltaic power generation panel.
