A system includes a touch panel, a touch panel controller and a voltage source. The touch sensitive touch panel is formed with one or more piezoelectric elements disposed in an interior of the touch panel. The touch panel controller identifies an occurrence of a touch upon the touch panel and generates one or more control signals based on the occurrence of the touch. The voltage source receives the one or more generated control signals, and applies voltages to at least one of the one or more piezoelectric elements based on the one or more control signals.
