<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device notifying a user about the effect that the user has performed an unauthorized act, and performing prescribed processing of preventing bringing-out of data acquired by the unauthorized act. <P>SOLUTION: This mobile terminal device 10 compares data representing a memory use state in time of an entrance and data representing a memory use state in time of an exit, and distinguishes presence/absence of the data (an unauthorized file) acquired by the unauthorized act. When there is the unauthorized file, the mobile terminal device 10 brings a state into a state of making only file deletion operation effective, notifies the user about the effect that the user has performed the unauthorized act by alarm sound sounding/alarm display, and transmits an alarm signal to an access controller 20. The access controller 20 having received the alarm signal performs the alarm sound sounding/alarm display and gate closing. When a user of the mobile terminal device 10 performs the deletion operation of the unauthorized file, the mobile terminal device 10 returns to a state that operation restriction is absent.
