PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieval result in order of priority in consideration of trend with fine accuracy. SOLUTION: A retrieval server 100 calculates effective periods of contents, based on content types such as MIME types and the number of content update times retained in content preservation servers 300-1 through 300-n. By the calculation of a weight coefficient based on each effective period and the lapse of time which is time elapsing after the last retrieval of a content, the ritrieval server 100 calculates a content retrieval sequence, based on the weight coefficient and the number of click times by which the content is retrieved.
