A session information interaction method, apparatus and system. The method includes: negotiating for encryption with an opposite end, determining the key and the encryption algorithm (101); sending or receiving session information, the message body of the session information is encrypted using the key and the encryption algorithm (102). In the embodiments of this invention, the client negotiates for encryption with the interactional opposite end by receiving and sending session request and session response information including the content of the key and the encryption algorithm. It does not need to involve third party flow, and the complication of the encryption flow is reduced; moreover, only the message body of the session information is encrypted, so that when the session information is transmitted in the network, the intermediate nodes do not need to encrypt and decrypt the session information, and the transmission time is saved.
