PURPOSE: An emergency guiding line using an LED(Light Emitting Diode) illumination is provided to evacuate users safely by sustaining blinking of the light for a certain time by being supplied with the power of an auxiliary power supplying unit in case of power blockage. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin band(10) of the transparent soft material has a unit length of constant width. A direction indication part(20) is formed on a plane of the synthetic resin band. At least one LED lamp is formed on the unit length of the synthetic resin band. A plurality of auxiliary power supply units(40) supplies the power to the LED lamp during the power blockage. A constant power feeding unit(50) supplies the constant power.
