PURPOSE: A stool detection device is provided to enhance nursing of a patient with keeping cleanness of a patient by notifying a nurse or a guardian of the stool. CONSTITUTION: A measuring unit(110) measures the temperature of a diaper or an underwear. The measuring unit comprises a temperature sensor(112) measuring temperature and an adhesive part(114) sticking the temperature sensor in diaper or the underwear. A controller determines the state of stool of a user by the variation amount per hour of temperature measured by the measuring unit or the temperature variation pattern. A transmission unit(120) emits the radio signal which assigns the identification number.
