<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for allocating a sequence so as to minimize inter-cell interference even if sequences having lengths different from each other flow from neighboring cells to the same resource region as interference under a multi-cell environment. <P>SOLUTION: According to a reference signal sequence transmission method, base sequences are grouped such that each group contains at least one base sequence of each length, so UE(s) can use various length sequences as a reference signal.
