<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for forming an image of high image quality without being affected by component accuracy of constitutional elements. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 10 includes: an image forming section 12 having image carriers 121 and 125 on which a toner image is separately formed based on image information; cleaning sections 127 and 140 for removing and collecting residual toner on the image carriers 121 and 125; a waste toner collecting section 118 for accumulating the collected waste toner; a waste toner conveying system 40 for conveying the waste toner to the waste toner collecting unit 118; a paper conveying system 15 for conveying the paper via the image carriers 121 and 125; a common first driving source 30 for driving the paper conveying system 15 and the waste toner conveying system 40; and second driving sources 21 to 27 different from the first driving source 30, for driving the image forming unit 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
