PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a quality of reception for a radio communication system sharing a usable frequency with the other radio communication system. SOLUTION: A radio communication system has a transmitting terminal and a receiving terminal, which use a frequency band shared with the other system that has a different radio specification. When data transmitted from the transmitting terminal do not reach the receiving terminal, the transmitting terminal retransmits the data using another channel different from that at the time of transmission.
