<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a light-emitting diode attached to a light-emitting headgear to be used not only as a visually checking device for exhibiting the presence of a wearer to others, but also as a lighting device for the wearer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device serving as the one for illuminating the front side of the wearer is obtained by forming a concave part on the back surface of a brim of the headgear having the brim, attaching a plastic molded component to the concave part, and attaching an electronic device box for light emission, having an attaching slit formed therein, or attaching the electronic device box by using a magnet sheet, a Velcro closure (R) or the like. The electronic device box for the light emission is detachable, and enables the attachment thereof to an existing hat or the like by the magnetic sheet or the Velcro closure (R).
