PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic coupon display system capable of displaying easily an electronic coupon, without requiring labor and time for constructing a system for displaying the electronic coupon. SOLUTION: A dedicated communication terminal 11 imparts terminal identification information of the dedicated communication terminal 11, and a radio communication address to a radio base station 13, to a radio mobile terminal 10, by bringing the radio mobile terminal 10 into contact or noncontact communication with a communication part 11a of the dedicated communication terminal 11, and a processing part 13a of the radio base station 13 displays the electronic coupon on an display part 10a of the radio mobile terminal 10, based on terminal identification information of the radio mobile terminal 10 accompanying the terminal identification information of the dedicated communication terminal 11, through radio communication of the radio mobile terminal 10 imparted with radio communication address, with the radio base station 13.
