PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel which has enhanced corrosion resistance compared to a conventional corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel includes 14-25 mass% chromium, 10-24 mass% nickel, carbon, and titanium of an additive element added in such a range that a mass ratio (mass of Ti/mass of C) of the titanium content to the carbon content is 10 to 30, so as to enhance the corrosion resistance.
