PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having a simple and compact configuration and including inexpensive and energy-saving ozone generating devices. SOLUTION: A refrigerating zone is constituted of a first refrigerating chamber 2, a second refrigerating chamber 3, a first cold air passage 10, a first cooler 11 and a first fan 12, and cold air generated by the first cooler 11 is circulated within the refrigerating zone. A freezing zone is constituted of a first freezing chamber 2, a second freezing chamber 5, a second cold air passage 13, a second cooler 14 and a second fan 15, and cold air generated by the second cooler 14 is circulated within the freezing zone. The ozone generating devices 16 are arranged within the first refrigerating chamber 2 and the first freezing chamber 2. The ozone generating device 16 includes a casing having a plurality of ventilation holes and storing hemimorphy crystal. Due to temperature rise/decline in the hemimorphy crystal along with change in interior temperature, the atmosphere around the hemimorphy crystal within the casing is ozonized, and generated ozone is diffused in the interior via the ventilation holes of the casing along with the interior circulation of the cold air.
