COMPOSITE GIRDER USED STEEL-CONCRETE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A steel-concrete composite girder, with which the steel girder and shear connection part are integrally formed, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the convenience on construction by deleting a soldering process of welding. CONSTITUTION: A steel-concrete composite girder has a concrete composite structure or a composite structure by a steel girder(10) and concrete. The steel girder is installed at the upper part of a bridge post. Concrete is poured on top and lower part of girder and cured. A girder comprises a web(12), a shear connection part(14) and a through hole(16). The shear connection part is integrally formed on the top and lower part of the web. The shear connection part has a wavy part(15). The undulated unit is formed in the longitudinal direction of the web in order to increase the composite action of concrete and girder. The through hole punches the undulated unit of the shear connection part.
