PURPOSE: A weather strip and a mounting structure thereof are provided to prevent rainwater from flowing into a vehicle by blocking a gap between a panel and a front end protruded part. CONSTITUTION: A weather strip(16) comprises a front end protruded part(27). The front end protruded part is protruded from a front end joining part(30) of an outer side wall(22) of a mounting unit(19) and is formed in a tapered triangular form. The front end protruded part is adhered to a panel. When the front end protruded part is deformed, the mounting unit is easily installed in a flange(15).
