PURPOSE: A whole body exerciser is provided to improve the capability of digestive and circulatory system, to enhance the sports performance and to alleviate the pain around pelvis waist and knee region. CONSTITUTION: A whole body exerciser includes: a roller bearing which is mounted on the rail and easily moves mobile rails(6,13) while attaching the foot and hand; a hydraulic oil control valve(10) which controls the flow amount of the hydraulic oil; and hydraulic linkages(8,11) which control the exercise strength and enable a user to stretch his/her both arms and legs.
