PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt hinge with a locking function capable of locking a panel at an optimum inclination for easy view and operation, and easy to operate to change the inclination. SOLUTION: The tilt hinge with the locking function includes a hinge fixing bracket 3 to be mounted on a body 1 of OA equipment, a hinge movable bracket 4 to be mounted on the panel 2, a tilt hinge 5 for journaling a side plate on one side of the hinge fixing bracket 3 overlapped with a side plate on one side of the hinge movable bracket 4 on a predetermined friction torque basis, a hinge shaft 6 for journaling a side plate on the other side of the hinge fixing bracket 3 overlapped with a side plate on the other side of the hinge movable bracket, a hinge bracket 8 integrally provided on the side plate on the other side of the hinge movable bracket 4, a camshaft 9 inserted into an oblong hole of the hinge bracket 8, a rotary cam 10 rotatably supported on the camshaft 9 and having a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion, and an operation lever 11.
