<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup cosmetic having excellent makeup effects such as natural gloss feeling, and usability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The makeup cosmetic, especially foundation, producing the natural gloss feeling and healthy finish feeling contains (1) 10-30 mass% of an acrylic resin spherical powder and (2) 20-40 mass% of scaly glass having an average particle diameter of 5-30 μm regulated so that the mass ratio of the scaly glass to the acrylic resin spherical powder may be 1.0-2.3 pts.mass to 1 pt.mass.
