<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of matching between an NRD guide and a circuit element and a structure of matching between the NRD guide and a transmission line, in which mass-production is enabled and cost-reduced production is enabled. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the structure of matching between the NRD guide and the circuit element for matching impedance between the NRD guide including a dielectric rod and parallel conductor plates holding the dielectric rod therebetween and a diode 23 loaded on a circuit board 21 disposed at a terminal portion of the dielectric rod. The circuit board includes a first surface on which a metal electrode 24 for loading the diode is formed and a second surface which is parallel with the first surface and faces the terminal portion of the dielectric rod, and a metal thin film 28 is inserted between the terminal portion of the dielectric rod and the second surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
