PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always certainly shield an irradiation light such as a sunlight and a head lamp light of an on-coming vehicle by certainly positioning/retaining a sunvisor body on a shaft. SOLUTION: A support 2 is slidably inserted to guide rails 6, 6 of the sunvisor body 1 and the sunvisor body 1 is slide-adjustably supported on the shaft 3. Thereby, a light-shielding range of the sunvisor body 1 is changeable. An elastically deformable engagement piece 7 is formed on the support 2 so as to position the sunvisor body 1 on the shaft 3, and an engagement recessed part 8, i.e., an engagement part engaged with the engagement piece 7 is formed on the guide rail 6.
