The present invention relates to a communications system. A method for receiving the session history of a controlling functional unit (controlling function: CF) comprises: a process in which a CF belonging to a first domain sends a first message requesting session history to a conversation server (CS) belonging to the first domain; a process in which, if the CS belonging to the first domain does not have session history, a second message containing access information about a CS belonging to a second domain which does have session history is received from the CS belonging to the first domain; a process in which a third message requesting session history is sent to the CS belonging to the second domain which does have the session history in accordance with the access information; and a process in which a fourth message containing the session history is received from the CS belonging to the second domain.
