The device has a fluid circuit provided for re-cooling, where heat in the fluid circuit is directly or indirectly transferred to an exhaust air heat exchanger (W1), an ambient air heat exchanger (W2) and fluid lines (1, 2) of a ventilation and air-conditioning system by a plate heat exchanger (PWT) for system separation. The exchangers and the lines are operated by a three-way valve of the lines such that the transferred heat is controlled either for heating purposes in the lines of the exchanger (W2) or for heat dissipation over an exhaust air flow in the lines of the exchanger (W1). An independent claim is also included for a method for re-cooling a device for producing thermal energy. |
