<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information leakage due to reuse of information by a user who has an access right. <P>SOLUTION: An application monitoring part 106 monitors and captures specified processing such as copying and pasting performed by an OS 102 or an application 103 in order to reuse the contents of a protected document stored in a document storage area 101. When the specified processing is captured, a control part 107 performs various kinds of processing for setting a second access right taking over a first access right to a second document reusing the contents of a first document to which the first access right is set. For instance, a shared memory control part 111 manages the fact that the contents of the first document are reused in the second document through a shared memory 104 using a takeover management table 108.
