SOLUTION: The rubber composition contains the following components (A) to (D), with the content of the component (B) ranging from 1 to 25 parts by weight; and the rubber composition is produced by mixing a rubber component (Y) containing the component (D) by 50 wt.% or more with the following rubber composition (I) in a specified rate. The components are: (A) an ethylene-α-olefin nonconjugate polyene copolymer rubber having Mooney viscosity (ML1+4150°C) of 50 to 200; (B) a filler; (C) a coupling agent; and (D) a rubber having double bonds in the main chain of the molecular structure. The rubber composition (I) is obtained by mixing 100 parts by weight of a rubber component (X) containing the component (A) by 50 wt.% or more, 1 to 50 parts by weight of the component (B), and 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of the component (C).
